I noticed a homeless man walking people to people asking for some change, It was obvious people were annoyed by his presence and some started yelling at him. Few minutes later, a security guard approached him and started talking to him very calmly and he was very kind to the poor guy. The guard escorted the homeless man out of the shopping center without any confrontation. As I was exiting the shopping center I went to the guard to appraise him for being kind and respectful to the homeless man by explaining to him that he must leave the property. I just wanted to thank the guard for his professionalism and AF for training their guards so properly.

I found AF Patrol on Google since they were local and after reading some reviews, I decided to book them for the event. I wanted the guard to make sure, guests don’t do anything unusual and monitor the “kids”. The guard arrived 45 minutes earlier to get familiar with the house and take any last-minute request. I really appreciated this gesture because he put time of his own to accommodate us and to make sure everything will go smoothly. He was great, we did not get any noise complaints, no strange/unusual activities by the kids and everybody had a blast. I would be hiring from AF for my upcoming party and events, and I would 100% recommend them.

Later, the bar got really packed and some guys came to talk to us, but we did not want to be bothered. However, they kept annoying us and then I noticed the security guards (2 of them) so we decided to tell them about the situation and they immediately took care of it. They told those guys to back off and if they come near us again, they would be escorted out of the bar. We were so ecstatic that the guards were there and were able to handle the situation very professionally; I cannot imagine what would have happened if they weren’t there. Thank you for the security guards at the hotel.
